The winery produces 800 cases of estate-bottled wines, made from 100% grapes grown in our vineyard. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel drums and wine is aged in barrels in our cellar, all on our premises. Madame Rancourt is happy to answer questions and take guests on a tour of the facilities.
